Actually, someone on the mp.com forum owns a graphic design shop, and did
a HUGE run of the majesty logo and teh DT font. Looks pretty sweet on the
back of my window.
I keep telling people the forum's a cool place to be. Ask Andrew, Korgx3
and all the other jammers who for-um.
ytsejam will always be Home though.
I think the majesty logo is 8 x 6 so it sticks out like a nipple on a
cold day.

I'm with the many who don't like the idea of fluorescent
shirts. I see your point about wearing many black
T-Shirts, but I remind you that there are many other
colors besides black and even white. How about a sort of
off-white or blue or something?

Excellent stuff!!!
I for one love both designs.
Yellow is a predominant colour of my football team so I'd love to wear that
to games.
The black looks awesome also.
I reckon a back print of the same design would look fantastic also.
I'll gladly order one or even two of each.
Oh... and by the way, as a printer who worked in the fabric printing
industry for a few years, it's called a "breastprint"!
hehehehe...

Just to throw my two cents in (I know, I know, you were all waiting with bated breath for this moment, I'm sorry I couldn't make it sooner so some of you didn't die of asphyxiation), I really like that FLUORESCENT yellow. Yes, it's fluorescent. Yes, it's damn cool. Josh, I'd pay money for that shirt. Especially after the double-shot I got of the last "old black" one. :)

Now there's an idea somebody should run with at cafepress. i think they can do that. and, if anybody wants to make a mouse pad, I would buy it.
the only thing with bumper stickers is, I think they're dead. I mean, bumpers have evolved. they're more part of the car now then they used to be. I see maybe 1/10 as many bumper stickers as I used to; they just look weird somehow. But a window sticker is a cool idea.
>I actually have one designed. A Majesty vector based image, so I can make >them as big as I want, no distortion. Now, just a second. I'm sure there's a way to print the background transparent, so you don't have to cut out the symbol itself. In fact, I'm positive. look it up on the net. it's a straightforward process, if you do it yourself you print on transparent sticker paper, and only the majesty symbol will show up. or you can have it done all classy-like by the professionals. I don't have any links, tho I did once make custom decals for a model using the method I'm describing for you. that was decal paper, of course. they do have transparent adhesive paper; call your local art supply stores.
and btw, did you just smack down andrew countermarsh? listen, he looks like a softy but that guy will cut you up. he will slice AND dice your candy ass. And what's wrong w/his font? did you try converting to outline in AI? then it scales to any size.

kez suggested:
>I say go for it, but a BIG Majesty logo on the back would be cool, too....hehe
and Andrew asked:
>Does it cost more to do the back too?
yes. I was figuring I would keep withing my self-imposed two-ink limit by using both inks on the front to enhance that look, and just leave the back blank. But I could still do the back. we're getting into the $14 range here. I like your "carpe diem" idea. Actually, i have a preliminary design with the latin phrase from Take The Time on the back, under a huge DT logo and Majesty logo. It's difficult to show them on the site, cuz....i don't have a picture of a back of a shirt. :)
The Korg said:
>I can't believe I called you Jason in my last post.
I can top that! On one of the graphics listservs to which I once subscribed, a flame war broke out and the epicenter was some guy named Loren. Except I somehow didn't know he was a guy, and I thought it was a girl, and posted to that effect. what a dumbass I am.
>Any plans for maybe a white one with black print? That'd bee cool, too. That yellow's just not my color.
I don't see why not. although I really like that yellow. the idea was something that would stand out. i mean, like joe said, EVERYBODY has a black shirt at a concert.
Ok, if everyone who would ONLY buy a black shirt or white shirt please let me know, I will make a decision. If enough people would gladly take the yellow and the rest would take the black, then korg, you're fucked.
Speaking of e-mailing me, if anyone wants a M, S, or girl-shirt, let me know and I think I can do those. And, if anyone wants XXL or larger, again let me know. this will increase the probability of you getting the size you want.
So, to wrap up: everybody on this list should now email me, with a)any size requests other than XL, and b) your opinions on the yellow, the black, and maybe the white.
And hopefully we'll have this up and running in a few weeks. I'm very optimistic about this, guys, whatever we decide. I think we're close.

Um, dude, next time you try to slam somebody for poor crafstmanship, check your info at the door. That font I made, the letters AND the Majesty symbol, were all done in vector form. It's a TrueType font, which means that no matter what size you print the font at, it will never lose quality. And hell, it's a HELL of a lot easier to use than importing an image and all that. So next time, do your homework; I worked HARD to make that font usable at any size and even HARDER to make the font as true to the original as I could possibly make it.

Dammit, Josh, why can't you say my name right?! Or is it done deliberately now? :)
And I look like a softy? You should've seen me with a shaved head wearing a business suit. People told me that they were actually frightened of me when I looked like that. Heh, how wrong they were.

I'm with you, man. Ernie, a.k.a. as Mike Kiske (who rocks my nads, btw), Andre Matos, Kai Hansen, Timo Tolkki, Rob Rock and Tobias Sammet (amongst others). What else could you want? This is an incredibly good EuroPower metal album. Track 2 alone is worth the price of admission. But then you also get The Tower, amongst other incredible tracks, which has, IMO, one of the catchiest, most soaring choruses in recent history.
For those not opposed to napster, check out the above mentioned songs"The Tower" and opener "Reach Out For The Light."
