Yeah, I remember playing that on an Apple IIe. The Infocom games
were always fun, though frustrating at times. I never was able to get
past being on the ship and on that boat on the planet. It seemed like
it was a dead-end at that point.
What games do you program? Having played EverQuest quite a
bit I've wondered what it would be like to work on a massively multi-
player game like that. I do network programming for a living and
thought it would be cool to see how games like EQ handle optimizing
the networking stuff.
Any other EQ players out there?
