Hey everyone,
Does anyone know what's going on with the second show
at the Beacon Theatre? According to DT.net, tickets
were supposed to go on sale today. It is already 3:00
p.m. and there's nothing at all listed on the
Ticketmaster site about a second show. Tickets are
still available for the first show.
I thought maybe Ticketmaster would put up the page
about the second show right when tickets go on sale
(like they did for the BB King's show) but that does
not seem like the case.
Thanks to DT.net and whoever supplied the site with
the information for making me (and I'm sure many other
people) waste a Saturday afternoon.

2nd show? never heard about it i already ordered 5 tix for the first...
hopefully all that are going with me are gonna go .... the tickets sell that
well to add a 2nd show.... if thats the case i got more to buy for the other

Nope. -If- it were true, it would be good news, since I'm sure there
are more DT fans in Brazil than there are at Ford. :)
I've seen several print and online stories about Ford's cost-cutting
measures (closing about 5 plants and dropping 4 car models), but none of
them have mentioned a word about moving -any- operations to Brazil.

Woo! Just got my confirmation that I've purchased tix for the March 27th DT show at the Beacon Theater...all of a sudden I'm going to a LOT of shows in that particular venue in recent memory, very strange. However, I'm looking forward to it! I hope some of the rest of you are as well :)

So all the corporations across the country can continue to lay off x% of their workforce, and yet we hear 'buy buy buy'? And buy what? For the truly patriotic individuals here or there (not me, sorry to say, I'm a little to pragmatic for that), when you buy an American car, most of it is now manufactured in Mexico anyhow.
