Oh yeah baby! I havent heard Pong, but I'll buy the DVD when it comes out.
Superior had a good album but not one of my faves of the year I must say.
Soilwork and GC also had good albums though. I shoudl really pop in GC and
    give it another listen....

Back from PP 2 - alive! The flight back home was a
bit too "interesting" for my taste, particularly the
landing sequence, but otherwise everything was okay.

Needless to say, I had a fantastic time this weekend
:) I am however totally exhausted at this point &
possibly coming down with a cold, so I'll do a full
write up later on.. along with the 5 bazillion other
people that also were there :) It was ROCKING! Woo!

    Alex

P.S. I will NEVER drink Tequila, again! Ever!

    Yikes!

Our flight home was painless, THANK GOD. And our luggage even made it.

DUDE. I had SUCH a blast. Great music, great friends and people.... but
I must work on more than one meal a day, followed by a piece of pizza at,
    what, 2am? Ugh!

I don't know what else to say.

yeah, good call mike. i've run it through my sterio a good dozen or so
times, and i'm sure i still haven't grasped everything there is to be said
within that hour of constant music. the whole piece is such a dense work
(meaning full, not stupid), much akin to SFAM in that you can always hear
something new in it each time you give it a listen. deffinetly one of the
    top albums of the year.

I've posted quite a few pics from the pre-show party and both nights -- directories of the pics for now, words and descriptions to follow hopefully tomorrow. Most of the pics are decent, some of them are even good. :) Links to the three directories are on my homepage at http://www.paulcashman.com.

Awesome weekend, but I'm too tired to write up all the gory details right now. :)

I'm glad you recovered, that would've sucked if you'd felt crappy all night..the healing powers of Threshold are mighty indeed! ;) Next year we'll just do "birthday drinks of your choice", how's that? LOL

Seems a lot of us are battling a cold..it happens regularly though, last year too as well as at previous Powermads. All it takes is one person coughing & the germs spread like wildfire. :/
